Our Terms

YOUR ORDER: When you place your order with Bibs and Binkies, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification verifying receipt of your order and expected ship date. If for some reason there is a problem or issue with your order, we will contact you promptly by e-mail. If Bibs and Binkies runs out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, Bibs and Binkies will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays once you receive confirmation of your order shipping.

PAYMENT METHOD: Bibs and Binkies currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All transactions are processed through an encrypted, secure connection (SSL) with Authorize.net to ensure your privacy and security. If you do not have a credit card as a form of payment, Bibs and Binkies will accept a cashiers check or certified money order. Once we receive your payment by mail, your order will be shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY: Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive a tracking number regarding your shipment by e-mail. Bibs and Binkies will ship to locations in the 48 contiguous U.S. We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses. We will cancel orders that have shipping addresses outside the contiguous U.S. Please provide a complete street address for shipping purposes, we will not ship to PO Boxes.

FURNITURE SHIPPING POLICY: Due to the size and weight of many of the cribs, dressers, and other case pieces Bibs and Binkies offers, they cannot be shipped via traditional UPS Ground Service. We work with a number of nationwide freight carriers to offer our customers very competitive freight quotes. Please contact us at info@bibsandbinkies.com or call us at 406-585-8800 to receive a customized freight quote. Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting packages when they arrive for any external damage that was incurred during transport. All damages, must be noted to delivery service at time of drop off. Customers have 7 days from time of delivery to notify us of any damages or defects.

RETURN POLICY – 30 DAY GUARANTEE: Bibs and Binkies policy entitles you, the customer, to return or exchange any item purchased within 30 days of the date of invoice.

  • - The item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and in its original box or packaging with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. “New and Unused” means saleable condition, not used, not previously assembled, not dirty, and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for any item with any indications that it has been used or has been subject to misuse or mishandling. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department. 
  • - Items can be returned to Bibs and Binkies for a full refund less the shipping charge. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. 
  • - Bibs and Binkies is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any returned merchandise.
  • - Furniture and special order items such as bedding will incur a restocking fee that will be deducted at time of credit or refund. Please contact Bibs and Binkies for further information. 
  • - Personalized items are non-refundable. 
  • - For health and hygiene reasons, breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories, mattresses/pads cannot be returned once opened. 
  • - Car seats returned without the warranty card are charged a restocking fee. Please contact Bibs and Binkies for further information.
  • - If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Bibs and Binkies.

When returning the item(s), please include the item in its original packaging and box, a copy of the receipt, the original packing slip and a reason for return. It may take up to 10 business days for us to receive your returned or exchanged product. All refunds processed are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Please contact Bibs and Binkies at 406-585-8800 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. We can provide additional assistance in working with the manufacturer to get your problem resolved. Bibs and Binkies will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

DAMAGED: If your order arrives damaged, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and our expense. Once we receive confirmation that the damaged item has shipped to us, we will send out a replacement item to you at no charge. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage. Contact Bibs and Binkies immediately to report the damage. Visible damage must be reported to the delivery service at time of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well. Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

CANCELLING AN ORDER: If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by e-mail at info@bibsandbinkies.com or by calling 406-585-8800 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. If we cannot prevent the shipment, please see our return policy.

SALES TAX: Your order is SALES TAX FREE. Montana has no sales tax.  A savings up to 10%.

PRIVACY POLICY AND SAFE SHOPPING GURANTEED: Bibs and Binkies does NOT store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are done over an encrypted 128 Secure SSL Connection. We use Authorize.net for all our processing services. They are a trusted industry standard when it comes to secure online transactions. Bibs and Binkies will not sell or supply any of your address information to 3rd parties. All address information is for our internal order tracking only. Please contact Bibs and Binkies if there are any questions regarding our privacy policy. Bibs and Binkies is an authorized retailer for all products offered on our site. Therefore, all products are covered by the complete manufacturer warranty. Please consult your product documentation for the warranty details and requirements.
